What is SmartTown?
SmartTown removes the walls from your home internet. It is a community-wide Wi-Fi network that allows TVIfiber subscribers to stay connected to secure, high-speed internet while on the go in Water Valley.
Instead of relying on mobile data or hunting for public passwords, you can roam freely using a safe, authenticated connection that works just like your Wi-Fi at home.

SmartTown for First Responders will strengthen public safety by giving police, fire, and EMS secure, reliable Wi-Fi access across the community—not just at the station. This means faster communication, better coordination in emergencies, and access to critical tools wherever they’re needed. How to Get Connected
The invitation to join SmartTown is sent via email! (See sample Email)
Step 1: Check Your Email
Follow the screen prompts to download the Passpoint® profile.
Step 2: Allow Download
Download the secure profile by tapping Allow when prompted.
Step 3: Access Settings
Open your device settings and select Profile Downloaded (iPhone only).
Step 4: Install Profile
Tap install and enjoy protected, high-speed internet when in range of TVIfiber's Water Valley, SmartTown Wi-Fi network.
