TVIfiber does not use an online portal or map for outage reporting.
Subscribers must call and speak with Tech Support to report an outage.

During Storm Restoration

Call if you see physical damage to your specific line.

No visible damage? It's likely a mainline issue; no need to call.

Services can restore once mainlines are spliced if there is no other damage.
